Millie James Weddings offers a bespoke wedding planning experience. We do not offer traditional wedding planning "packages". Every experience is tailored to each couple and pricing is based on their specific needs and budget. 

WHAT IS BESPOKE?

Millie James Weddings only accepts 12 couples each year. This is a small number compared to most wedding planners. By choosing to accept such a limited number, we feel like we can create more intimate relationships with our couples and focus on the smaller details that make your wedding day special.

what is your minimum wedding planner fee?

Millie James Weddings uses a percentage-based pricing structure. We require a 10% fee of your final wedding budget (minimum $5,000 fee). Payments will be scheduled in two installments: 1st installment- $2,500 deposit (Due at booking), 2nd installment- Based on final budget (Due 1 month before wedding day).


Do you require a minimum budget?

We work with couples of all budgets!

do you charge travel fees?

There is an additional fee of $0.65 per mile outside a 30 mile radius of Huntsville, Alabama. This applies to any meetings, venue visits, rehearsals, wedding day, etc. Hotel accommodations will also be required if nightly stay is needed. (Destination weddings will require additional travel expenses, including, but not limited to, airfare, rental cars, meals, etc. Please send us an email us for a more accurate quote.)
